Hello Blog!

Hello Friends! I've decided to start a blog about my passion for life, fitness, food, and travel. My husband can vouch for me in saying this is one of many blogs I've started over the years. What can I say--I have so much to share with the world, why not start here? By day, I am a MOM, a Nurse Practitioner, and military wife. By late nights or early early mornings, I am a fitness fanatic. I love to work out and learn about food. I believe lifestyle is medicine and our bodies were meant to MOVE. So, why not teach others what I've been up to, what I do on a daily basis? I've learned alot along the way mostly by trial and error, but, also continue to research and find out new and better ways of doing things for greater results! I hope you enjoy this blog and PLEASE PLEASE share any and all feedback with me! I am a work in progress! Enjoy!
